Profile

Since 1986 I have been working as a laboratory technician at the Danish Institute of Agricultural Sciences at the Research Centre Foulum. From 1991 to 1992 I  attended a course within my profession with chemistry as a speciality. Today I work at the Department of Animal Health, Welfare and Nutrition. My work is primarily determination of carbohydrates in various feed and food.

The technics I use are enzymatic-, colourimetric- and chromatografical determinations. I work with optimizing and development of new analyses.

I also work with animal experiments where I take out bloodsamples for analysis.
