The Personnel unit is in charge of the central wage- and personnel administration of the institution, development issues in relation to the personnel policy, development of competences as well as various superior ad hoc tasks including assistance to the principal cooperation board and other cross-sectorial committees and working groups.

The Personnel unit participates in the follow-up of the DIAS personnel policy including action plans in relation to development of competences, executive training and ethnic equality, concepts for employee interviews, result contracts for managers and directors etc.
