The Administration is in charge of the secretariat function of the Board of Directors in relation to administrative, professional and information issues, including the preparation of contributions to the Budget/finance bill and the supplementary estimates, control of internal budgets, accounts and cash accounts services, controlling, preparation/elaboration of contracts, administration of wages and personnel, solution of problems in relation to the personnel policy, legal issues, patenting and the protection of knowledge as well as supplementary education etc.
Other tasks within the competence of the Administration include e.g. secretariat service to the Heads of Department, the principal cooperation board and the joint journal at DIAS.
