Description

The pupose of the project is to contribute to the deveopment of new feeding strategies in order to secure that future feeding strategies can be implemented without any negative consequences for animal welfare and production. The project consist of three parts with the purpose to:

  1. To develop stress-free methods for bloodsampling from cows in loose-housing systems
  2. To study adaptability of cows on different feeding strategies
  3. To quantify mobilisation of energy in connection with stress in dairy cows
